- Entry to the event is by ticket only.
- Tickets can be purchased on our website.
- Average concert duration is 1 hour 20 minutes without intermission.
- Arrival and ticket check begins 45 minutes before the event starts. Tickets must be presented in printed or electronic format. We recommend arriving early to take your seat.
- Audience members must take seats according to their purchased tickets.
- Latecomers may take seats only during applause and indicated by the concert administrator.
- Our concerts are intended for all interested parties, including children. For evening concerts starting at 9:00 PM or later, children aged 7 and above are admitted. If a child begins to cry or otherwise disturbs other audience members, you must move with them to an adjacent room or leave the concert before it ends.
- The event takes place in a church during times when there are no services, and all interested parties are warmly invited (regardless of religious affiliation or beliefs). Here, as in other public spaces, certain rules apply:
- Pets are prohibited inside the church, as well as food, drinks, and other inappropriate (flammable, sharp) objects.
- Audience members under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicants are not permitted to attend events.
- Entry to the altar area and beyond church barriers is prohibited.
- Concert attendees are not required to follow a strict dress code, however musicians will feel much more comfortable if audience members arrive in festive attire.
- When choosing your attire, please note that it may be cool inside the church.
- Photography and video recording during the concert are permitted without using flash.
- Please turn off your mobile phone and do not talk during the concert.
- During the concert, theatrical fog and stage light may be used.

BÄrniem lÄ«dz 5 gadu vecumam atseviŔķa biļete nav nepiecieÅ”ama, ja bÄrns neaizÅem atseviŔķu sÄdvietu.
PasÄkuma laikÄ iespÄjama foto un video uzÅemÅ”ana. IegÄdÄjoties biļeti, pasÄkuma apmeklÄtÄjs piekrÄ«t fotografÄÅ”anai, video un/vai audio ierakstÄ«Å”anai, kurÄ viÅÅ” var tikt filmÄts un fotografÄts kÄ pasÄkuma apmeklÄtÄjs. UzÅemto materiÄlu pÄc tam var izmantot jebkurÄ veidÄ, t.sk. komerciÄlos nolÅ«kos, bez apmeklÄtÄja piekriÅ”anas.
Biļetes var atgriezt ne vÄlÄk kÄ 72 stundas pirms pasÄkuma sÄkuma (par naudas atgrieÅ”anu var tikt piemÄrota bankas transakcijas komisijas maksa no biļeÅ”u operatora). MazÄk kÄ 72 stundas pirms pasÄkuma sÄkuma organizatoram ir tiesÄ«bas atteikties atgriezt biļetes. Biļetes nevar apmainÄ«t pret koncertu citÄ datumÄ.
PasÄkuma pÄrcelÅ”anas/atcelÅ”anas gadÄ«jumÄ PircÄjam tiks piedÄvÄta biļetes nominÄlvÄrtÄ«bas atmaksa vai biļeÅ”u maiÅa uz citu pasÄkuma datumu. Naudas atmaksas gadÄ«jumÄ PircÄja veiktais maksÄjums par biļetÄm tiek atmaksÄts ne vÄlÄk kÄ 10 (desmit) darba dienu laikÄ pÄc paziÅojuma par koncerta atcelÅ”anu.
